My Easels Are Moving! I would like to announce that I will moving on from being Artist-In -Residence at the Whistler House Museum of Art / Lowell Art Association, Inc. to take time to devote to other art venues. I will be there for a few more months and once I move on I will have been there close to two and one half years. It has been a most enjoyable experience being part of such a historic Museum and it has been a privilege to occupy the magnificent third floor north lit studio space! I want to thank executive director Sara Bogosian and and board of directors for the opportunity to be A-I-R. I will always cherish the time I spent there! However I am not going away and I plan to continue to part of the Whistler via the Lowell Art Association. I desire to continue to be part of the vibrant and growing City of Lowell, MA arts community and I am exploring studio options including my old stomping ground Western Avenue Studios. I am also excited about many other things in the works that you will be hearing more about such as having a wall space to exhibit at the The Brush Art Gallery & Studios, an exhibit on Charles St in Boston’s Beacon Hill section and I will become more active in the Cape Ann area this summer having been recently juried in as an artist member at North Shore Arts Association in Gloucester. Again I want to thank everyone affiliated with the Whistler including Brooke Baerman who does an incredible job, to all the docents and volunteers who do so much to make the Whistler a special place!
